It is our commitment to help families and communities offer temporary assistance to families who experience the horrific loss of a loved involved in a motorcycle accident, by organizing and promoting events to raise money for the families, and accepting donations from our communities to support financially, within reason, donate to the families for a temporary financial assistance associated. I.E. funeral costs, food, assistance with utility, organizing events to support the families(within reason).
The operator of the motorcycle MUST not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the accident, according to the local or state limits must not exceed the state regulated legal limits
The operator MUST not be operating the motorcycle in a reckless or negligent manor at the time which caused the accident.
The operator MUST have the proper license or endorsement to operator a motorcycle, and MUST have current insurance defined by local minimum requirements.
A death certificate copy must be sent in to determine date of the incident. Local police reports or accident reports must be reviewed to verify requirements are met.
